Roylab is committed to making every purchase a pleasant experience. Nonetheless, we’re here to help if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase. We make returns easy. OUR “FUSS-FREE” RETURN POLICY

Returns will be considered within 30 days of delivery

All returns must be in new condition with original packaging intact & shipping cost will be borne by customers. A 15-25% restocking charge is applicable. Returned goods should be furnished with the following information:

  • Customer name & address
  • Purchase Order number
  • Invoice number
  • Delivery Order number
  • Reason for return

Non-returnable goods

We reserve the right to refuse a return for the following items:

  • Expired, short expiry date or discontinued products
  • Non-returnable products (as indicated in invoice/ order acknowledgement)
  • Custom products or items purchased on ‘special order’ basis
  • Products not in resalable/usable conditions
  • Chemicals, flammable materials, sterile or other controlled products
  • Refrigerated, radioactive or other perishable materials
