OUR “FUSS-FREE” RETURN POLICY
Returns will be considered within 30 days of delivery
All returns must be in new condition with original packaging intact & shipping cost will be borne by customers. A 15-25% restocking charge is applicable. Returned goods should be furnished with the following information:
- Customer name & address
- Purchase Order number
- Invoice number
- Delivery Order number
- Reason for return
Non-returnable goods
We reserve the right to refuse a return for the following items:
- Expired, short expiry date or discontinued products
- Non-returnable products (as indicated in invoice/ order acknowledgement)
- Custom products or items purchased on ‘special order’ basis
- Products not in resalable/usable conditions
- Chemicals, flammable materials, sterile or other controlled products
- Refrigerated, radioactive or other perishable materials
